Following in the footsteps of our Founder, John Wesley, we believe that small groups are central to our growth and spiritual development. Our Sunday School classes and small groups offer this environment providing support and accountability with other Christian followers. We have several classes and small groups to choose from. We welcome you to visit these classes to find the right fit for you.

Room 412
We are middle-aged couples and singles who focus on round table and open discussions about the Christian life.
In-Person (Room 434) and via Zoom
We are a fun and funny group of adults of all ages! Couples and individuals. Some are parents, grandparents, or great-grandparents. We study the Bible through reading verse by verse. We also enjoy "deep-dives" into interesting topics such as "What are angels?" In the summer, we watch and study "The Chosen" or other Christian video and books.
We look forward to meeting you!
Room 414
Growing in discipleship is our principal focus. We are couples and singles in our 30's and 40's that seek to grow closer to Christ through fellowship, study, and service. On Sundays, we often study and discuss principles of the Bible in today's context.
Room 401/433
The Interpreters class was founded in the 1970s and is the longest-standing Sunday School class at Signal Crest. While most of the members of this class were not here in the '70s, they have joined this class for the outstanding fellowship gained through shared Christian experiences. Most of the members of this class are retired and empty nesters.
Library (Room 305)
"Free therapy and lots of laughter" is what you will find in the Women's class. Women of all ages and stages get together in this class to discover spiritual truth and light through the open discussion of various studies.
Carpeted Narthex
We are a small group looking to be supportive and caring of one another and have fun as we learn and grow together. We intend to grow in our faith and practice of the Christian life through the knowledge found in the Bible, reading current texts, and shring our experiences.
Room 307/308
A relaxed yet spirited group that meets weekly to connect and partake in a faith-centered lesson. Mostly made up of parents with preschool and elementary-age children. This group also tries to meet for fellowship outside of class monthly.
Ramsey Memorial Chapel (Room 432)
A small-group style round-table with weekly discussions on modren Christian living. Most attendees are mid-life parents with teen or young-adult children. Classes are informal with rotating discussion leaders drawn from class volunteers. Common topics include parenting, work-life balance, current events, and ethics from a Christian/biblical perspective. Perfect for drop-ins and those searching for a warm, open-minded Sunday school home.
Small Groups meet at various times. Contact Dave Graybeal (dgraybeal@signalcrestumc.org) for more information.
Tuesday Nights 6 PM, Library (Room 305)
